I had some chicken marinating in red wine %26amp; some grapes left over, %26amp; thought they'd go well together. So I broiled the chicken, sauteed some scallions %26amp; garlic in evoo, added the grapes %26amp; chicken, reduced it %26amp; added it to some al-dente linguine. Very surprising! It's delicious!
