What is the easiest pasta recipe that I can make?

I am a terrible cook. I have to make dinner tomorrow night, definitely want to do pasta...What could I do besides just pasta with marinara...I'd like to make pesto pasta but not make my own Pesto sauce...

...any ideas? :) What is the easiest pasta recipe that I can make?
rainbow pasta

Ingredients:

1 package (1 pound) tricolor spiral pasta

2 medium carrots, shredded

1 large red onion, chopped

1 medium green pepper, chopped

1/2 teaspoon celery seed or 2 celery ribs, chopped

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup vinegar

1 cup mayonnaise

3/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 to 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain; place in a large bowl. Add carrots, onion, green pepper and celery seed. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Yield: 12-14 servings. What is the easiest pasta recipe that I can make?
Olive Garden fettuccine alfredo---INGREDIENTS: 2 cups heavy cream (found in dairy case with milk), 1 1/2 cups italian shredded cheese (found in the packaged cheese section), 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, divided (I buy a block of it and grate it---it is much better this way) , 1 stick unsalted butter, softened and dash of black pepper DIRECTIONS: pour heavy cream into sauce pan or skillet and warm over medium heat. Add pepper and butter and stir until butter melts. Add italian cheese and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and stir until thckened. Pour over alfredo noodles and add the rest of your parmesan cheese on top. **I cook about 10 oz. of alfredo noodles for this sauce. This also makes great dipping sauce for breadsticks! This is a quick and very easy recipe.
You can still make pesto pasta. Just grab a tub of it at the store. (About $5.) At the restaurant we toss in a handful of grape tomatoes and some sliced black olives and top with shredded Parm. You could even pick up some small cooked shrimp at the store and toss those in too.
