Nice and healthy pasta recipe?

I need a recipe for a delicious but healthy pasta salad. can anyone help?Nice and healthy pasta recipe?
These 2 sites have great recipes with pasta (not just salad) that are healthy and most are low in calories.

Tomato-Basil Pasta Salad





6-8 servings 2录 hours 2 hours prep





1 lb rotini pasta


2 lbs plum tomatoes or roma tomatoes, diced


3-4 cloves garlic, minced


1 teaspoon salt


black pepper, to taste


1/2 cup olive oil


fresh basil leaves, chopped,to taste (I use about 1/3 cup)


1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh is best)








Mix together the tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and basil.


Refrigerate 2 hours.


Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, and rinse under cold water; drain.


Mix pasta with tomato mixture until well-combined.


Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.


Serve with additional Parmesan, if desired.
Greek Pasta Salad





Ingredients:


1 pound rotini or penne pasta


3/4 cup olive oil


2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice


2 garlic cloves, minced


Salt and pepper to taste


4 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped


1 small cucumber, peeled and seeded (if seeds are coarse)


1/3 cup chopped red onion


1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley (flat leaf)


6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled


2/3 cup whole Greek olives





Cook pasta, rinse and drain; set aside. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl. Set aside.





In large salad bowl, combine all remaining ingredients with pasta. Toss well to distribute. Add as much dressing as desired to moisten pasta. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.

1 pkg bow tie pasta, cooked, cooled


1 can sliced black olives


1/2-3/4 cup cubed sharp cheddar


1 whole cucumber, chopped


1 bell pepper, chopped


bottled Italian dressing


bottled ranch dressing


salt and pepper to taste.





Combine first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle with Italian dressing until wet. Add some ranch until creamy. Salt and pepper to taste.
Penne with Roasted Vegetables





1 pound of whole wheat Penne


1 zucchini cut lengthwise and the cut into half moons


1 yellow squash cut into half move moons


1 medium red onion cut to the same size as the above ingredients


1 pound of mushrooms cut in quarters


3 cloves of garlic minced


1 tablespoon of fresh thyme chopped


1/4 cup olive oil


1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan


A handful of fresh chopped basil


Kosher salt %26amp; fresh cracked pepper season to your taste I use a large pinch of salt and about ten grinds of my pepper





Preheat oven to 350'


Toss Vegetables, garlic, thyme, and salt %26amp; pepper together and place in an even layer on a large baking sheet. Roast in oven for 45-60 minutes, until the Veggies are nice and carmelized.


When Veggies are almost done bring a large pot of water to boil with a handle of salt and cook pasta until al dente'.


Drain and place back into pot and add the veggies make sure to scrap all the brown bits from the baking sheet, add parmesan and basil toss until well coated adding a drizzle of olive oil.


Great as a vegetarian meal or add grilled meats.


This makes enough for 8-10 people.
