SUMMER'S HARVEST SALAD
7 ounces macaroni, * see note
1 cup fresh broccoli, flowerets
6 ounces shrimp, cooked
1 small tomato, chopped
1 cup spinach leaves, thinly sliced
1/3 cup red onion, sliced
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
2 teaspoons salad supreme seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 boiled egg, grated
Prepare macaroni according to package directions, add broccoli during last two minutes of cooking time; drain. Combine macaroni and broccoli, shrimp, tomato, spinach and red onion. Blend together Italian dressing, salad supreme seasoning, salt and cayenne pepper. Toss dressing with salad mixture. Garnish with egg and sprinkle with salad supreme. Serve immediately or cover and chill. Refrigerate leftovers. 6 to 8 servings.
greek pasta salad
6c cooked multi grain rotini
1%26amp;1/2 c diced cucumber
2 med tomatoes ,diced
2 oz feta cheese ,finely crumbled
1 med green bell pepper ,chopped
12 med pitted black olives,sliced
1/4 c chopped fresh dill
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Mix all together in large bowl . chill untill
ready to serve .Any summer pasta recipes wanted
Tri colored noodles
Italian dressing
chopped red onion
broccoli cut in small pcs
sliced black olives
crab flakes - or chicken or cocktail shrimp
You can add other veggies too like tomatoes but keep it light so you don't overpower the salad
cook pasta, drain and cool - add everything else!
Let set for a few hours and it's awesome!
