Can you give me some easy quick pasta recipe ?
Pasta Primavera is easy.....and you can vary it.....saute 2 - 3 cloves of garlic in olive oil and butter, equal parts. add vegetables like fresh spinach, zucchini, sliced carrots, broccoli, really just about anything you like or any frozen combination would work....defrost the frozen first, so the oil doesn't spatter....when the vegetables are heated thru, add salt %26amp; pepper to taste, toss with cooked pasta.....

Another easy one is use tiny pasta, we use ditalinni or orzo....boil in water, when pasta is al dente, drain off some of the water, till there is just about 1/2 inch above the cooked pasta, scramble eggs into the water, stir till thickened, add butter, salt, pepper and grated cheese if desired.....this is our family comfort food recipe.....Can you give me some easy quick pasta recipe ?
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

1 egg, beaten

3 g salt

125 g all-purpose flour

30 ml water

DIRECTIONS

In a medium sized bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the flour, add the slightly beaten egg, and mix. Mixture should form a stiff dough. If needed, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons water.

On a lightly floured surface, knead dough for about 3 to 4 minutes. With a pasta machine or by hand roll dough out to desired thinness. Use machine or knife to cut into strips of desired width.

Butter eh? Like it? Then try this little buttery beauty!

Called 'breakfast pasta' by my Italian mamma-in-law, this is soooo simple... you'll just need an egg, a little butter, and your pasta (and cheese if you have it, but not essential).

* Boil a pan of water, containing two handfuls of salt (to bring out the taste of the pasta), and throw 100g of your pasta in.

* When the pasta is half-way through cooking, melt an ounce or two (25g) of butter in a frying pan. Also, if you have any medium-hard cheese lying around, chop this into small - 1cm - cubes and pop in a mixing bowl.)

* When the pasta is ready ('al dente'), drain it fully.

* Throw the pasta in the mixing bowl and pour over the melted butter. Give it all a good old mix.

* Finally, use the frying pan you used for the butter to fry an egg exactly how you like it, and just serve this in a bowl on top of the pasta.

Utterly delicious!
