The absolute simplest pasta dish would be; any pasta you want drizzled with olive oil and/or butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper. It's surprisingly tasty.SUPER easy pasta recipes?
Brocolli And Tortellini Salad

20 oz fresh cheese-filled tortellini

3 pounds frozen broccoli, sliced into florets

3 Tablespoons Bacos or chopped ham,1/2 cup

1/2 cup Ranch dressing

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup raisins

1 red onion, diced

Boil a large pot of lightly salted water.

Add broccoli and tortellini .

Cook for 8-10 minutes or until 鈥榓l dente鈥?

( You can cook the frozen broccoli at the same time

in the same pot if it is large enough)

Drain, and run cold water over the pasta and broccolli to cool.

While pasta is cooking,

in a large bowl, mix together tortellini,

Bacos, broccoli, sunflower seeds, raisins, and red onion.

Pour dressing onto the salad, and toss to coat evenly.

Line plate with lettuce and serve or eat as is in a pretty salad bowl.
Very simple pasta recipe. Pasta with garlic and oil. Aio y oilo

Heat up some olive oil in a pan. Good olive oil is best maybe 4 T. Finely chop 3-4 garlic cloves and cook in the oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Don't over cook the garlic, if it's on too high of heat the garlic will start getting brown and toasted and you don't want that.

Have some spaghetti in a pot cooking so that it's almost finished or completely done by the time you start cooking the garlic.

Once your done cooking the garlic for a couple of minutes, toss in the spaghetti noodles. Make sure that you don't rinse the noodles first. Simply drain and put them directly into the pan with oil and garlic. Add a bunch of parmesan cheese and eat up.

This is a classic simple Italian meal that every Italian mother makes for their kids.
Easy Alfredo

1 brick of cream cheese

1 stick of butter

2 cups of milk

8 oz parm cheese.

4 cloves garlic

melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic, once butter is melted add cream cheese and cook until melted, it will look a bit broken at this stage. then add milk SLOWLY stirring it completely before adding any more. then add the cheese and you're all done. pour over any cooked pasta. or add shrimp or peas or cooked chicken, the choice is yours.
Chicken Breast with Penne and Tomato Basil Cream Cheese Sauce

Serves 2

2 Chicken Breasts - Pan cooked on medium heat in 1 tsp olive oil lightly salted (You can buy a bag of frozen breast in the freezer section)

1/4th box Penne Pasta - Cooked per package directions (Pasta is cheap)

Sauce

1/4 cup chicken broth ($1.00)

2 Tbsp Tomato Basil Cream Cheese ($3.00 for a small tub, maybe cheaper)

3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese (just a few bucks pending quality, will last a while)

1/4 Can Diced tomatoes ($1.00, whats left can be frozen for future use)

Simmer on med/lo for about 10 minutes. Sauce will have some volume, but not be really thick. Remove from heat, sauce will thicken as it cools.

Throw the pasta on first, than the sauce than the chicken. It should only take about 15 minutes.

If you do not like tomatoes you can use the garlic and herb cream cheese and use frozen peas or broccoli. I've made it that way as well.
Ok this is THE easiest pasta dish ever, tastes delicious and only 4 ingredients!!

250g pasta (your fave kind)

Chopped chicken (as much as you want. i like smoked chicken)

1 tub of Dip (i use ';Chunky Dips Basil with Cashew and Parmesan';, it makes like a yummy pesto chicken pasta but you could use almost anything and any brand)

Parmesan to taste

Cook the pasta till tender in the microwave (about 8 mins depending on ur microwave). Add chicken and the dip and stir. Shave parmesan on the top and serve! serves about 4

I have this for dinner whenever i dont want to cook and want something yummy and super easy.

4 pepperoni sticks

butter

mushrooms

frozen peas

salt and pepper.

parmesan if you have some

saute all the ingredients in a tblsp of butter and set aside while pasta cooks. When pasta is done, drain it and add another tbsp of butter and the parm... mix it around then add the pepperoni mixture.

You'll be surprised how good it is.

Enjoy.
Mash a jar of Spanish sardines (minus the jar), pour it on your pasta. You also have the option of heating that on a skillet after you've poured in the sardines and you can cad a bit of the oil on it so it's not too dry.

Second option:

Sautee garlic in olive oil until it becomes golden brown, then stir-fry the pasta.
Hey Dreamer,

Well you can stop dreaming about super-easy pasta recipes, and start clicking, 'cos I've created a site full of them...

I'm not an expert in the kitchen, but I've learned how to make several pasta dishes from Italy thanks to my patient Italian lady and her very patient mum.

Try the 'Very Easiest' section of my site first - http://www.pasta-recipes-made-easy.com/e鈥?/a> (the breakfast pasta for example is, I think, the easiest pasta dish bar none!)

Hope you find something you like...

Matt.
Buy fresh pasta, ravioli or tortellin, stuffed with beef or cheese, cook as directed. Heat sauce, any kind you like; tomato, alfredo, pesto, cheese sauce. You can add cooked sliced sausage or chicken breast. Toss with cooked drained pasta, top with shredded cheese.
