Do you have a good pasta recipe that uses sausage?

Well I love pasta so usually I just chop it up and add to my pasta sauce which I also add some broccolu, chicken meat mushroom young corns, lots of tomato...add a bit of sugar to the sauce and a teaspoon of vinegar. You can use any pasta sauce in a can or bottle...Diced some onions and garlic and stir fry before you add all those. Best....fried the sausages first and diced them up before adding.. diced big chunks...Do you have a good pasta recipe that uses sausage?

Slice the sausage into rounds and fry in a pan with some onion and chopped red %26amp; green peppers. Add in some garlic and fry lightly before adding in a can of crushed tomatos. Add in some seasoning, some oregano, salt, pepper, basil and let simmer until the flavours have all blended.

Brown the sausage and drain off the fat. Add a large can of chopped tomatoes (the 28-ounce size) one 6-ounce can of tomato paste and 1 can of water. Mix this well, to get the tomato paste mixed in with no lumps. Then add these dried spices, 1 teaspoon each: basil, oregano, salt, and sugar. Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix everything well and simmer for 1/2 hour, or longer, but you do need the 1/2 hour to blend all the flavors. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti. Don't cook the spaghetti with oil in the water -- that just leaves the spaghetti slippery and the sauce won't stick to it. And don't rinse the spaghetti in cold water. Just drain it and serve it with the sauce. You want that starch left on the spaghetti so the sauce adheres to it. Serve with lots of grated parmesan cheese and garlic bread. Yum! Now I am hungry for this too.
I fry the sausage loosely in a skillet with some shortening (especially if the meat is very lean), then make a nice gravy from the drippings, then add the sausage to the gravy.....some biscuits and scrambled eggs with cheese sauce.....YUM..yum....





Make some delicious Mac %26amp; Cheese and add some cooked sausage to it and eat with your favorite side dish(es)......You could even put in a splash of salsa in the Mac %26amp; cheese too along with the meat....

Not a pasta recipe, but you could make a pizza w sausage etc, calzone or stromboli.
One favorite that I always liked was to take just regular egg noddles and cover them in a good sausage gravy. Its not hard to make and taste pretty good.
