I'd like some great pasta sauce recipes?

I love pasta, and I'd love some more pasta sauce recipes. Anything is good (well besides ones with meat in them), I like pretty much anything, and I don't mind cooking something difficult. So if you got a good pasta sauce, please share the recipe :)I'd like some great pasta sauce recipes?

That carrot sauce sounds awful.
This is not a typical pasta sauce at all. It's called ';spinach pesto';. Very good with spaghetti or any kind of pasta noodles.

Ingredients

1 clove garlic

1 cup spinach

1/4 cup pine nuts

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup grated Romano cheese

1/4 cup olive oil

Just put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
