Any recipes involving chicken, vegetables + rice or pasta?

There is a great one on a Campells cream of chicken soup can. I tried it and now make it all the time. It is Chicken breast, cream of chicken soup, mixed veggies and covered with shredded cheddar.


Try it... you'll love it and its easy.

Why not slice up a couple of chicken breast fillets, a few mushrooms, sliced, some stir fry veg's and some garlic granules. Stir-fry the lot together, whilst boiling a packet of savioury rice. Stir in a can of condensed mushroom soup, simmer for a few minutes, then mix together for a really delicious meal!

Chicken and Rice Dinner





1 tablespoon canola oil


6 boneless chicken breast halves


1 can cream of chicken soup


1/4 tsp black pepper


11/2c cooked rice


2c fresh or frozen veggies


11/2c water


1tsp garlic powder





heat oil in skillet add chicken and cook until browned,remove chicken. In large casserole dish mix cooked rice,soup ,cooked veggies and water. Lay chicken breasts on top of mix,then add seasoning to taste. Bake in oven at 350 for about 10 minutes
MISO-GLAZED CHICKEN BREAST WITH VEGETABLE SUSHI RICE





1/2 cup white miso paste (found at health food stores)


1/4 cup sugar


1/4 cup chicken broth


3 tbsp canola oil


1 tbsp minced ginger


4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 3 oz each)


1 cup shredded napa cabbage


1/2 cup shredded carrots


1/4 cup diced red bell pepper


1/4 cup rice vinegar


1 tsp salt


2 cups cooked short-grain sushi rice


1/4 cup soy sauce











In a bowl, combine miso, sugar, broth, oil, and ginger. Add chicken; coat, cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Mix vegetables in a bowl with vinegar and salt; set aside. Heat oven to 375掳. Place chicken on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Fold up edges of foil. Pour marinade over chicken. Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through. Combine rice with vegetable mix. Cool chicken for 5 minutes; slice each breast diagonally into 3 pieces. Serve chicken over rice with soy sauce on the side.

Banquet crockpot classics make a meal with chicken, carrots, rice, and seasoning i am going to have it today it is really good yum and easy
Yes: Just chuck the whole lot (not pasta though!) into a large saucepan, cover with water and a chicken stock cube or two, bring to the boil, then simmer gently for a couple of hours while you pop down the pub ! It's called ';Chicken and rice stew';.


By the way - are you sure you're not ';Sainsbury'; in disguise ! ! ! ! ! !
you could make chicken curry i done it with the new boil in a bag rice and a stir in curry sauce or sweet and sour chicken ?
