eaSY and cheap!!! Chicken Lasagna-

1. boil like 4 chicken breasts then tear them up (1/2 in. aize pieces) and put them in a bowl 2. with 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup of chicken broth. (even if u don't like mushrooms, you can't taste them.I make it for a mushroom hater all the time) 3. boil 9 lasagna noodles.**If you like garlic, it's also good to add like 2 tablespoons of garlic POWDER to the mix.4. Lay 3 lasagna noodles then put 1/3 of the mix on top.5. add 1/2 of a 8oz bag of mozzerella cheese and 1/3 of a 8oz bag of mild cheddar cheese.6. Repeat.7. Do the top layer just with mild cheddar and no mozzerella. 8. I also add pepper to the top with a pinch or so of extra garlic powder. Cook for 30 min. (very quick) on 375 degreees (conventional oven)

2 chicken breast cubed up, marinate in italian dressing for about an hour in the fridge, pan fry them with italian season until done. Take off and set aside. Some frozen shrimp. Take the tail off and wash. Toss them into a pan with olive oil until they look done. They shrink a bit. Cook up some amish/homestyle noodles. They do come in bags. Its the really thick ones. Then the sauce is cream of mushrrom soup, add in a onion, garlic and cook for a bit. Add in your chicken/shrimp, cook a bit more then pour over the noodles.
