I'm hungry for tuna and pasta. But I'm kinda sick of my usual, macaroni and cheese with tuna in it. Is there a simple recipe with spaghetti pasta and tuna. I'm 15 so I can't go somewhere to get ingredients, so please make it simple and its good.Tuna and Spaghetti Pasta Recipe?
Try this VERY simple recipe that I use. You should have most of these ingredients in your cupboard:
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup olive oil, divided
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pinch dried thyme
2 (6 ounce) cans albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
1/3 cup white wine
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
1 - Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place onion, garlic, and tomatoes in the skillet, and season with oregano and thyme. Cook and stir 5 minutes, until onion is tender. Mix in tuna, wine, lemon juice, and remaining olive oil. Continue cooking 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2 - Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until al dente. Drain, and transfer to a bowl.
3 - Toss the cooked pasta with Parmesan cheese. Top with the skillet mixture to serve.Tuna and Spaghetti Pasta Recipe?
Tuna Tetrazzini
1/2 pound spaghetti
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 pound American process cheese, grated
1/4 cup chopped pimento
1 cup chopped ripe or green olives
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
3/4 cup chopped celery
NOTE: Omit chopped pimento if using stuffed green olives. You can also substitute evaporated milk for the heavy cream.
Cook spaghetti until tender in boiling, salted water; drain well. Melt butter in skillet. Add onion, pepper and celery. Cook until tender. Add cream, olives and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in tuna. Pour over spaghetti. Mix well. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole and sprinkle top with more grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (3-ounce) STARKIST Flavor Fresh Pouch庐 Tuna (Albacore or Chunk Light)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
8 ounces thin spaghetti or linguine, broken into halves, hot cooked
Prep Time 20 minutes
In large skillet, saut茅 mushrooms and onion in oil for 3 minutes, or until limp. Sprinkle flour over vegetables; stir until blended. Add chicken broth and milk all at once; cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in paprika, salt and pepper; cook 2 minutes more. Stir in tuna, cheese and parsley; cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until heated through. Spoon over pasta.
We make a cold tuna %26amp; elbow macaroni salad. You just make a bowl of tuna salad with pickles, mayo, onion %26amp; boiled eggs %26amp; add cooked elbow macaroni %26amp; mix. Don't add too much macaroni for the tuna %26amp; it has to have plenty mayo or Miracle Whip.
if you have it I would suggest using an alfredo white sauce. just heat up the sauce %26amp; add a can of tuna to it %26amp; serve it over spaghetti good luck
get pasta sauce, and those cans of tuna, and cook them on a stove. and VOILA!
Tuna Spaghetti
1/2 cup Chopped Green Pepper
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
Two 7 oz Cans Tuna
Two 8 oz Cans Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Water
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 pkg. Thin Spaghetti
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add chopped green pepper and onion; saut茅 until tender.
Stir in tuna fish, tomato sauce, water, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper.
Cook until thoroughly heated (5-10 minutes).
Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti. If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Yield: 4 Servings
