Anyone have any great warm pasta salad recipes?

Orzo Pasta Salad

6 oz (dry) orzo pasta

2 large packages fresh spinach (already washed, but I wash it again anyway), chopped into approx. 1 to 1 1/2 inch squares.

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

2 T. olive oil

1 lemon, zested (zest set aside) and juiced (also set aside)

Salt and Pepper to taste

Place spinach in bowl. Top with lemon zest, basil, and tomatoes. Boil pasta in salted water until done. Drain quickly and dump on top of spinach/zest/tomatoes. Let set for about 3-5 mins., to wilt the spinach and warm through the tomatoes. Stir and mix, adding the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

So delicious. This is my go-to warm pasta salad recipe!Anyone have any great warm pasta salad recipes?
Tri colored spiral pasta

Hot smoked/kipper salmon

Peas

WaterChestnuts (optional)

Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook your pasta according to directions. Drain and add peas, and crumbled salmon. Toss with olive oil and salt and pepper. You can pretty much add any other veggie you want too. We've even done this recipe with smoked tuna.

So easy and tastey! Good cold as well as hot.Anyone have any great warm pasta salad recipes?
Cook your pasta (any kind you like) and drain it.

In a skillet, saute canned (drained) mushrooms in butter with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried parsley. Be liberal with the butter as this will make your ';sauce';. Season to your taste. At the end, add sliced green olives to the pan and heat them through.

Pour mushroom sauce over cooked noodles. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. It may sound weird but people love this when I bring it to parties.
