Easy Pasta Salad Recipes? ?

What are some good but easy pasta salad recipes?Easy Pasta Salad Recipes? ?
I found a site with 5 steps to a perfect pasta salad. What I read seem straight forward and simple. The same site also has lots of other recipes for pasta salads, So you should be able to find many variations. For my money, I like a light dressing, some kind of meat or fish, and something to crunch when I bite into it. Best of luck with your salad!Easy Pasta Salad Recipes? ?
';Antipasta'; Pasta salad.


1 bag frozen cheese tortellini, cooked according to direction on bag and cooled


1/2 pound sliced salami, cut in strips


pitted calamata olives, 1/2 cup cut in half


1-2 tomatoes, seeds removed and chopped OR 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half


1 cucumber, peeled, seeds removed and chopped


1/2 bunch of scallions, chopped


fresh basil leaves, 1/2 cup chopped





1/4 cup balsamic vinegar


1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil


2 dashes garlic powder


1/2 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon pepper








Mix everything together and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour. Stir well before serving and add 1/2 pound sliced chopped sharp provolone cheese just before serving.
1 cup - Farfalle/Conchieglle pasta


1 cup - Spinach shredded


3 No - Spring onion thinly sliced


1 tbsp - Oregano chopped


1 tbsp - Basil chopped


2 tbsp - Corns boiled


2 tbsp - Peas boiled


录 cup - Sun dried tomatoes soaked thinly sliced





1 tsp - Brown Sugar


陆 cup - Olive oil


3 tbsp - Blasmic Vinegar


1 tsp - Garlic cruhsed


Salt to taste


Pepper to taste





Cook pasta until tender.


Drain in cold water and set aside in a large bowl.


Add the remaining salad ingredients and chill the mix for a while.





Combiine the dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well till well mixed.


Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.


Garnish with nuts.

1 Pound tri-colored pasta noodles


1 Cup Fat Free Italian Dressing


1 large carrot, peeled and diced


1 large bell pepper, cored and diced


1 Can peas, drained





What you do with the stuff is pretty self explanatory, I mean, cook the pasta, pour the dressing and vegetables in, chill, eat, enjoy.
