Pasta recipe?

I just love pasta (spaghetti, tortellini, lasagna, ravioli..).


What's your favorite pasta sauce (or recipe?)?


Or what do you put in your sauce?

Lately I have been making a shrimp and crabmeat lasagne using alfredo sauce.


You can add marsala to the Alfredo sauce.


Spread Alfredo sauce in a lasagne pan, then a layer of the pasta;


then put fresh spinach and mushrooms as the first layer;


then lasagne again;


then your cheese layer ( I like ricotta, mozzarella and grated parmesan, romano and asiago w. an egg mixed into the cheese).


Top w another layer of pasta--


then mix a couple of cans of crabmeat w Alfredo sauce and spread on top. Cover with shrimp and maybe mozzarella and fresh oregano. Cover w foil and bake it at 375 for 20- 25 min-- remove foil and finish cooking.
