ok i brought some pasta flour (cheap) and i dont know what to do with it so i was hoping for some one to help me find a recipe or recipe site thank you

if you have never made your own Pasta before this is the time to put that flour to good use , you could invest in a pasta machine to make this task a bit easier and I guarantee you that you will love it , they are not too expensive to buy either , I don't know if you have one or not so this only a suggestion for you , here are a bunch of recipes

Lessee. Pasta flour. Why not make pasta? Dump the flour out of the bag onto a work surface and make a well innit. Count 1 egg for each serving, beat it/them and pour into the well. Start stirring with a wooden spoon inside the well until the dough no longer takes up flour. Remove the dough ball and scrape the remaining flour back in the bag. You can now run the dough through yer pasta machine and there you have it.
